Internationalization Action Plan 2024/2025 academic year
International engagement is one of the key strategic priorities of the International European University and a cornerstone of our development strategy. We are actively integrating into the global educational and research community by building strong partnerships with universities, research centers, professional associations, and international organizations across Europe and beyond.
Today, IEU successfully implements joint educational and research programmes, academic mobility initiatives, double degree programmes, short-term exchanges, and summer schools. Our students and faculty have opportunities to study, train, and teach at partner universities in more than 30 countries worldwide. Participation in international projects, conferences, and research grants opens new horizons for professional and personal growth.
We are proud members of leading international academic and professional networks, including EUA, EURASHE, EAIE, UNAI, ENAI, SDSN, and others. Through these affiliations, the University contributes to shaping the European and global higher education agenda, promotes the dissemination of innovative practices, and strengthens the academic reputation of Ukraine worldwide.
In 2024, the International European University was ranked among the TOP-30 Ukrainian higher education institutions in international activity, achieving 23rd place in the national ranking. This recognition confirms our high level of internationalisation, systematic efforts in international relations, and the growing acknowledgment of our achievements within the academic community.
We take pride in this accomplishment and view it as motivation for further growth. Our mission is to create the best possible conditions for students, faculty, and researchers to engage in international cooperation, benefit from academic mobility, and implement joint initiatives that foster competitive education, cutting-edge research, and the advancement of science and education in Ukraine and around the world.
